Mojokerto, Al-Amin— Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School opened a series of MATSAMA (Masa Ta'aruf Ma'had Al-Amin) for new students of MTs (Islamic Junior High School) and FORTASI (Forum Ta'aruf Santri) for new students of MA (Islamic Senior High School) for the 2026/2027 academic year on Monday (July 13, 2026). Seventh and tenth grade students participated in these activities as an initial introduction to the educational and Islamic boarding school life at Al-Amin.
The MATSAMA and FORTASI activities provide a platform for new students to become familiar with the madrasah and pesantren environments, their culture, and their way of life. Furthermore, these activities aim to instill discipline, foster a spirit of learning, and strengthen bonds among students.
With enthusiasm, the students participated in a series of activities to prepare them to adapt to the new environment and begin their educational journey at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School.
"Every great journey always begins with the courage to take the first step," is the spirit that accompanies the beginning of the journey for the new students at Al-Amin.
Through MATSAMA and FORTASI, the students are expected to not only become familiar with their new environment but also understand the values that are part of Islamic boarding school life.
These activities are expected to be the beginning of a blessed journey. "May Allah SWT provide ease, beneficial knowledge, steadfast hearts, and make each step of the students the beginning of a generation that is knowledgeable, has noble character, and brings blessings to the community."
