Mojokerto, Al-Amin – Three students from the Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School in Mojokerto helped their team win first place in the 2026 Askot PSSI Mojokerto U-13 Soeratin Cup. The title was won after the final match held at Gelora A. Yani Stadium, Mojokerto City, Tuesday (August 4, 2026).
The three students are M. Rakha Hisyam Abiyyu, a student from class VIII A; Bisma Setyo Ali Faturrahman, a student from class VIII C; and Ahmad Raffael Irawan Putra, a student from class XI C. In the U-13 and U-15 competitions, Rakha played as an attacking midfielder, while Bisma played as a central midfielder.
For Rakha, the four-month training camp provided valuable experience. He admitted to being happy, especially since the final match was the most memorable moment because it determined the team's victory.
"I feel proud and happy. This final was memorable because it determined the champion," said Rakha.
During the match, the field conditions were one of the challenges he faced. However, this did not dampen his enthusiasm to continue playing and practicing. Rakha admitted that his love for soccer grew from both his parents' encouragement and his own desire. He also felt proud to represent Al-Amin in the competition.
"I'm happy to participate in this championship because it brings honor to Al-Amin," he said.
Meanwhile, Bisma also expressed his joy at participating in the competition. He hoped his friends would continue to develop their athletic talents and actively participate in various competitions outside the Islamic boarding school.
"Come on, friends, keep practicing. Don't waste your talents in sports," Bisma advised.
This achievement motivates Al-Amin students to continue learning, practicing, and developing their potential according to their respective interests and talents.
