Mojokerto, Al-Amin — Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School held a handover ceremony for new students for the 2026/2027 academic year, marking the handover of the educational trust from parents to the school. The event, attended by parents of seventh-grade students, took place at Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School on Sunday (July 12, 2026).

The handover ceremony was a meaningful moment for the parents who entrusted their children's education to Al-Amin. This trust was given after careful consideration in selecting an educational institution capable of integrating religious education and general knowledge.

In his remarks, Dr. Mohamad Jumhur, Sp.Og., an obstetrician and gynecologist from Tangerang, representing the parents, revealed that he had researched various Islamic boarding schools before choosing Al-Amin.

"After observing and reviewing various Islamic boarding schools, we found Al-Amin to be a boarding school that is able to combine the strengths of traditional Islamic education, modern education, and general knowledge in a harmonious, unified education," he said.
Representing the Board of Trustees of Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School, Ustadz M. Ali Fahruddin expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the trust placed in him by the students' guardians.

"We are committed to assisting the students in adapting to their new environment, family, and life at the boarding school," he said.

Meanwhile, KH. Muthoharun Afif, Lc., M.H.I., Advisor to the Board of Trustees, emphasized the importance of parental prayers in supporting their children's pursuit of knowledge in his mau'idhah hasanah (good speech).

"Education is not enough with material support alone. Accompany your children's efforts with sincere prayers, because parental prayers will be a strength that accompanies them every step of the way," he advised.

This activity is expected to be the beginning of a blessed bond between parents, the Islamic boarding school, and students, fostering a generation of knowledgeable, well-mannered, and beneficial students for the community.
