Mojokerto, Al-Amin — The AFTA Al-Amin futsal squad has once again demonstrated their athletic proficiency by attaining the fourth position in the East Java provincial-level "Veteran of Competition" tournament, convened in Jombang. (Oct. 25, 2026)

For a team with a distinguished history of athletic achievements, this tournament served as a critical platform to reaffirm their capabilities and sustain competitive consistency. The preparatory phase was executed with utmost rigor, encompassing physical conditioning to enhance endurance, strategic refinement, and exhibition matches against competing entities. Furthermore, the team leveraged opponent match footage to conduct comprehensive tactical analyses and formulate more sophisticated strategies.

Nevertheless, the trajectory of the tournament presented notable challenges. A highly congested fixture schedule severely constrained the players' physiological recovery periods. Moreover, contending with formidable adversaries while managing the expectations associated with their former championship status necessitated swift tactical adaptation during gameplay.

Under such demanding conditions, effective communication and mutual reliance proved imperative in preserving unit cohesion. Intermission assessments were strategically employed to rectify tactical deficiencies and synchronize the team's execution.

The current outcome serves as an instrumental learning paradigm for impending competitions. For AFTA Al-Amin, true athletic distinction transcends mere championship titles; it encompasses a perpetual commitment to both institutional and personal development.

"Inherent talent in futsal is insufficient on its own. Unwavering discipline and reciprocal respect among athletes, both on and off the field of play, constitute the foundational tenets for sustaining our excellence," articulated Afgan, a representative of the squad.

It is anticipated that this milestone will serve as a catalyst for the AFTA Al-Amin team to intensify their training regimens, conduct comprehensive evaluations of current operational deficits, and reemerge in future tournaments with an elevated standard of performance.
